This service combines the modalities of Craniosacral and Swedish Massage, to provide you with both energy, and body work. Craniosacral Therapy works with the rhythms of cerebrospinal fluid, skull bones, and fascial tissue, to release tension held in the body.

Breast massage is done with a gentle pressure, and can help relieve tension in the pectoral muscles. It can assist in draining lymphatic fluid, and help break up adhered supportive and fatty tissues. *Breast massage includes the full chest, breasts, and armpits and is done undraped. *Breast massage is non-sexual in nature.

This is a 30 minute cupping only session, designed to release adhesions in various areas of the body. This includes a combination of gliding and stationary cupping, using very a light oil application.
